Illustrator CC 2015 crashing while opening any file

i'm using surface pro 4 16gb ram i7 core processor , 500gb of hard drive space.

 

on tuesday (26th) illustrator crashed when tried save out file, crash when trying initialize app. after leaving while appeared have fixed , used app normal rest of day.

 

the next day crashed again while trying save file, can open app second try either open document (big or small) or start new document crash..

i've asked question before no reply, i'm desperate answer can ill hugely greatfull.

looking @ error, seems printer related issue. have printer connected? if not, connect 1 , check. if don't have one, can make "adobe pdf" default printer well. if there 1 connected, please change default printer "devices , printers" in control panel , check.

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...

Illustrator cs6 "Invalid Serial Number"

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
