Exporting video with rare frame changes
hello!
i have video (basically powerpoint presentation voiceover) 20 mb in size.
total length of file 1 hour 28 minutes , can't seem find settings export video same size.
i've managed export 1 6gb file in h264 , 1 horribly-looking mpeg2 file still more bigger in size - 100 mb.
since presentation, there little amount of movement on screen. suspect encoded parameters removed repeating frames, leaving changing frames in video.
it not blurred or anything, here's example slide: http://c2n.me/3wtvcwm.png
can please suggest settings decent file?
thanks!

okay, video urgent 1 , i've done in case exporting video in h264@1000kb\s bitrate via adobe , encoding megui x264 following parameters:
program --bitrate 100 --keyint infinite --min-keyint 1 --b-adapt 2 --ref 5 --output "output" "input"
it bit more blurred original video , still bigger in size - 42mb, best result got after 2 hours of experimenting.
i happy if can tell me how next time!
thanks.
