Vector file in not realy a vector file

dear sir,

 

i have searched vector files in stock.adobe.com , have downloaded files when open them on conputer not vector files foto's.

they not workable me.

 

i receive right vector files of following items:

 

bestandsnr.: 38577409

bestandsnr.: 90894805

and possible e-mail adres?

since both of these images vector files {.ai extension}, recommend opening these files using adobe illustrator.

 

are opening them in adobe illustrator or other product?

can please share screen shot share guidance around: these images not being vector fotos?
