can i print my designs on adobe photoshop on t-shirts?

photoshop image editor, images created you.

what designs contain? photographic images, illustrations, text, graphic elements, …?

 

have selected print-shop prints yet? if ask requirements regard resolution, colors, …

if not might beneficial try , work larger smaller – downsampling less problematic upsampling.
