Can't run FlashPlayerUpdateService.exe by Task Scheduler

-

my windows 7 utimate 64 bits have problems flash player update.

 

in services, switch manual.

in task scheduler, added new task never run.

i thought set automatically.

 

why dont re-install fash , valid xml file.?
