In Lightroom 6 update the 'capitals' folder to fix duplicate drive

printed out forum information 'capitals' mean , find it?

'capitals' not referring specific.

i presume suggesting situation lightroom shows 2 drives or 2 folders are, in fact, same drive or folder. 2 names in lr folder panel appear different , separate lower case , capitalized letters.  (eg.  upper,  upper.)
