Cannot activate my CS6 Licence on a new computer

i have installed adobe design standard cs6 on new laptop. licence have upgrade adobe design standard cs5.5.

1- have disactivated cs6 installation on previous computer.

2- have installed cs5.5 on new computer , entered licence. no problem @ all, fine.

3- have started upgrade cs6, , entered cs6 licence. message receive indicates serial number valid, no eligible product has been found on computer (because of upgrade cs5.5 licence assume).

4- new dialog appears. question "choose product , enter serial number", chose adobe design standard creative suite 5.5 (the product previous licence), enter serail number cs5.5 product picked in adobe account.

5- error message sayng number not valid , should enter one.

 

could cs5.5 activated, , no more registration possible?

please check if works error: "this serial number not qualifying product" | adobe creative suite
