adobe fuse cc (preview) dejo de funcionar

buenas ayer me descargue el creative cloud y descargue el fuse cc para mi sorpresa cuando abre sale la ventana de dejo de funcionar

tengo win 10 si alguien le ocurre lo mismo y logro solucionarlo ayudeme

a mi me sucedio en un equipo y lo que hice fue solo desinstalar, reiniciar el equipo e instalar de nuevo y todo funciono sin problema
