when attempted use ps cs6 surface pro 4, in december of 2015, menus , icons small. has there been update either cs 6 or surface pro 4 allow combination work together. thanks, rozel this might typical application display scaling issue being noticed on surface pro 4 lately.   in case , wil check display scaling  or try upscale settings fix issue.   i can suggest solutions includes editing registry or changing resolution settings fix issue. but  recommend fix issue under supervision of microsoft tech support. what original software cd sold adobe came original helvetica type 1 family of fonts? when installed software installed original basic type 1 fonts. looking helvetica specifically. cannot use new open type version sold linotype. need obsolete version. i considering use windows not mac os. have located mac os version of helvetica type 1 family. far don't know of way make family usable on windows machine. unless knows of special process? i'm encountering bizarre issue in brief audio clip attached dragstart state of drag source object play when mouse clicked , cursor remains stationary. when click , drag, audio interrupted. clip continue playing object dragged, believe intended behavior. works desired when preview swf, not work when previewed in html5, published format when course complete. i'm using captivate version 9.0.1.320 on mac. i've included video below illustration of behavior.   i tried reproduce problem, i'm on windows, , me audio in dragstart state played completely. used preview html in browser, chrome. browser did use? did ever try after publishing? not sure, sounds have audio clip in dragover state? first dragstart audio clip stops when dragover audio clip starts playing. theres long time dont complie , ipa file on flash... today trying , , @ final of process after temp files, not compile!!       its strange in middle of process apears file seem kind of error: fataot7753537363514410050.tmp -  fatal error or something...   i have tryied in flash cc , animate cc.. , not complie. my provisioning files , certificate ok.. have no ideia.. please help! create new fla contains nothing , try publishing ipa.   any problem?   if yes, see same error (and you're it's unrelated ios certificate , provisioning profile), reset preferences - http://helpx.adobe.com/flash/kb/re-create-preferences-flash-professional.html   if no, there's issue fla or app descriptor.  try deleting app descriptor , creating new one. i need help! this disaster wasn't ready for!  downloaded freaking creative cloud app on window 8, , desktop content folder ( programs, pictures, docs, etc.) disappeared! i trying find anywhere  on computer can't ! i tried go creative cloud account online, couldn't find there either.. please! had similar situation, or knows let me know!! i lost half of life :((((( do have option system restore (to earlier point in time before installed app)?  wait around see if else has offer before going route, might option.
